Orchid Spa requires advanced reservations in order to provide the necessary staffing for service. You can call or text in advance to make an appointment.

When we went in July 15, 2021 we were able to get a same-day appointment by booking one around 10:00AM for a 4:00PM appointment.  They did tell us to book at least a day in advance to get a spot.

I suspect if the Bandos Resort was at FULL capacity and guests have a limited time to stay at the resort, then booking several days in advance will guarantee a time-slot and service.  After all, if it’s raining, the spa is a great place to be!
